Archive Storage Boxes

An archive box is a strong cardboard storage box with a separate base and lid and reinforced hand holes, designs for storing paperwork such as invoiced, receipts and records. Ours are made from single wall corrugated board with a self-locking die-cut design (FEFCO 0225) which folds into a stronger base. You can buy the base and lid together or base only, depending on how best you want to use them.

A strong corrugated box with a lid is a practical choice. It keeps out dust, and its reinforced hand hold keep the structure secure during moves. Keep them off damp floors, label the front with contents and dates and stack lighter above heavier boxes.

Our largest box is considered the standard archive box which
can hold approximately 2400 sheets of paper comfortably with enough room for
paperwork, folders or files without having to squash everything in.

Keep in a cool, dry places. Corrugated archive boxes protect documents from dust, light handling and everyday but aren’t fireproof, waterproof or lockable. If your storage area is damp or outdoors, we recommend our plastic nestable boxes as they are more durable. For fire or theft protection we also stock storage cabinets.
